Toya Shop is a Romanian online store dedicated to premium home fragrance. We are the authorised Romanian reseller of Erbolinea — an Italian brand rooted in Puglia, built on a straightforward idea: your home deserves the same level of care as any other part of your life.

We don't carry mass-market products. We curate a focused, considered collection of lines that work together — so you can build a coherent atmosphere in your home, not just buy a one-off product.

Erbolinea — Italian origins, genuine craftsmanship

Erbolinea was born in Puglia, southern Italy — a region with a deep tradition in aromatic plants, botanicals and natural essences. Every product in the collection is the result of a careful artisanal process: selected raw materials, balanced formulas, and a precise attention to detail — from fragrance composition through to packaging finish.

We are a small team based in Oradea, part of the same family of brands that operates The Gossip Studio (thegossip.ro). We know the products we sell — we don't just list them, we test them, understand them and recommend them thoughtfully.

As an authorised reseller, you receive genuine Erbolinea products, with full assurance of authenticity and Italian quality. We ship exclusively within Romania via GLS, quickly and reliably.

Your rights as a customer

We comply with Romanian and EU consumer protection law:

  • 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, with no obligation to give a reason (OUG no. 34/2014 / EU Directive 2011/83)
  • Refund within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned product, via the original payment method
  • Personal data protection in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)
  • Complaints: you may contact ANPC at https://anpc.ro or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
